ONI Risk Partners, based in Indianapolis, has hired Noah Adams as an employee benefits consultant.
Adams advises employee benefits clients on issues relating to wellness, healthcare reform, controlling costs, and employee benefits offerings including a total rewards package to recruit and retain a multi-generational workforce.
Adams previously was a major market sales executive for Paycor, advising human resources professionals with a focus on implementing payroll technology to create a more cost-efficient and streamlined system for his clients.
In 2016, ONI Risk Partners joined Prime Risk Partners, a growing national firm of insurance professionals.
