Waukee, Iowa-based Holmes Murphy has added Lori McCarty as chief strategy officer (CSO).
McCarty brings more than 25 years of financial services experience at both small and Fortune 500 and 100 companies.
McCarty joins Holmes Murphy with a breadth of experience in strategic planning, business architecture, process design and improvement, and project/performance management. She is also the founder and owner of Strategic Design & Integration Services LLC.
McCarty is a familiar face at Holmes Murphy, as she has been consulting with the company to deliver key solutions on technology, business plans, and capabilities since late 2018. In her new capacity as CSO, McCarty will be responsible for assisting the executive committee with developing, communicating, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives at both the business and enterprise levels. She will also play a key role in analyzing and executing new customer improvement initiatives.
