As much as I hate to spell the letters, my advice is to sue, sue, sue . . . . everyone remotely involved from the governor’s office down. Public officials entrusted with maintaining civil order and protection must be held liable for their (in)actions and, in some cases, support of the wanton destruction.

The lives of many have been forever altered by the few who took it upon themselves to destroy communities, businesses, and the livelihoods of many.

      Yogi,
I hear you. Groups like the Boogaloo Bois are causing havoc and trying to incite a race riot. They have been caught doing some of the destruction. Not to say there aren’t criminals taking advantage of the injustice this nation sees on a regular basis. Though, it is undeniable some far right wing groups are acting in a way to place blame on African Americans in hopes of inciting a race war.

Based upon precedent from the police murder of Rodney King, the recent damage from riots would be obviously foreseeable consequences from the police murder of George Floyd. If lawsuits are the appropriate remedy, the defendents should be the Floyd murder, his copaccomplices and their municipal employer.
