Relation Insurance Services acquired the assets of Forest Insurance Agency. The transaction went into effect on December 1, 2024; terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Specializing in personal and business insurance, Forest is based in Forest Park, Illinois. The agency was founded in 1957.
Dan Browne, president of Forest, will continue managing that office as a part of Relation.
