Doss Assumes Role of Vice President, Personal Lines Underwriting

Justin Doss assumed the role of vice president, personal lines underwriting at RLI Corp., headquartered in Peoria, Illinois. In this executive role, he will lead underwriting and distribution strategy for RLI’s Personal Lines business.

Doss joined RLI in 2016 as manager, sales, for specialty personal lines and has since held several leadership roles in sales and distribution, most recently serving as vice president, distribution and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 25 years of experience in personal lines underwriting, sales and agency operations to his new role.

The Jacobson Group Appoints Pinkham as CEO; Greg and Rick Jacobson Transition to Board Leadership

The Jacobson Group, headquartered in Chicago, appointed President Corey Pinkham as CEO. Current co-CEOs Gregory P. and Richard L. Jacobson will transition from day-to-day leadership to serve on the firm’s board, with Greg Jacobson assuming the role of chairman.

Since joining The Jacobson Group in 2023, Pinkham has held leadership roles overseeing the firm’s full suite of search, staffing and corporate functions. Pinkham will lead day-to-day operations and guide The Jacobson Group’s growth strategy and long-term initiatives. Before The Jacobson Group, Pinkham held senior leadership positions at Randstad Technologies.

Greg and Rick Jacobson will continue to leverage their extensive experience as members of the firm’s board, remaining committed to the insurance industry, The Jacobson Group and its clients. They will provide strategic oversight and work closely with Pinkham and the senior leadership team to guide the firm’s long-term direction.
