People Moves: Novi Underwiters Adds Three to Management Liability Lines

Novi Underwriters has named Jason Binette, James Cinque and Cody Ruggirello to its newly launched management liability offering.

Featuring modern forms for a variety of risks and quick points of sale, coverage will benefit auto dealers, fintechs, manufacturers, retailers, foundations, biotech, staffing, entertainment, restaurants, start-ups and more.

Binette has over 20 years of management liability underwriting experience, combining technical precision with product innovation and deep broker relationships. Prior to joining Novi, Binette led the Employment Practices Liability division at AmTrust Financial, where he managed underwriting operations for both standalone and integrated EPLI products across commercial lines.

Cinque adds another two decades of expertise, blending analytical rigor with strategic growth. Prior to joining Novi, Cinque served as Assistant Vice President at ANV Global Services, where he managed teams and results across a diverse portfolio of not-for-profit, privately held and publicly traded companies.

Ruggirello brings more than 10 years of specialty lines underwriting experience. Prior to joining Novi, Ruggirello served as Underwriting Manager at ANV Global Services, where he spearheaded efforts to strengthen profitability while supporting clients across not-for-profit, private and public sectors.
