INSpire Insurance Solutions, a property/casualty insurance outsourcing and integrated solutions provider, has made some management changes.
Kay L. Womble has been named vice president of sales replacing Jim Strickland, who has resigned. Andrea M. Ferris has been named vice president and controller, replacing Laurie Green who has resigned.
Womble will oversee business process outsourcing sales for INSpire. She has twenty years of BPO sales and executive sales management experience. Most recently, Womble was vice president of sales and marketing with Insurance Management Solutions Group. Earlier, she was assistant vice president for Policy Management Systems Corp.
Ferris will be responsible for INSpire’s day-to-day accounting function including accounts receivable, billing and collection, preparing financial statements including SEC reporting, tax work, maintenance of the general ledger, and other special projects. For the past ten months, Ferris has run her own accounting contract service.
Previously, she was corporate controller for Republic Group of Insurance Companies in Dallas. She also held controller duties with American General Corp. in Houston and with Central United Life Insurance Co. in Houston. Ferris is a CPA and she has completed seven of ten parts leading to FLMI.
