Anlon 4.0 Selected as eLearning Foundation

August 15, 2001

Anlon Systems, the leader in Learning Content Management Systems that directly impact financial performance, announced that Anlon 4.0, the latest version of the company’s industry-leading, enterprise-class Learning Content Management System (LCMS), has been selected as the foundation platform for eLearning by the Independent Insurance Agents of America (IIAA).

With the advanced Anlon solution, IIAA, via its federation of 51 state associations, will supply over 300,000 of its independent agents and their employees with online continuing education and professional development needs mandated by state governments.

Each year, state regulations dictate that independent agents and their employees each receive between twelve and sixteen hours of continuing education in order to remain licensed. With the Anlon 4.0 system, IIAA will make available to its state associations the ability to provide this ongoing education over the Internet, reducing a significant annual cost burden and loss of productivity. IIAA expects approximately 50 courses to be available nationwide by October 2001, and that roughly 30,000 of their members will participate in the first year, with significant growth thereafter.

Anlon Systems’ flagship software product, Anlon 4.0, was developed to enable companies to accelerate business performance and reduce operational costs through the rapid, flexible and effective delivery of proprietary knowledge to employees, partners and customers.
