Farmers Home said the Plan is a total preventative and restorative solution that provides peace of mind against identity theft fraud, both online and offline.

The Identity Theft Protection Plan features a comprehensive suite of services, including:

Fraud Resolution Services to help resolve identity theft damage and to assist in the recovery of credit and financial losses due to unauthorized online and offline use of private information, such as social security, credit debit, brokerage, bank, and bill-pay accounts.

Fraud Resolution Services to assist in working with the Social Security Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, credit bureaus, financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, utility companies, the post office, etc.

Credit Monitoring Alert Service that scans the insured’s credit files weekly and alerts them to changes, including balance changes, account inquiries, account status changes, and past-due amounts.
