Afni to Develop West Bend’s Interface for IVANS Tran. Station

West Bend Mutual Insurance Company has selected Afni Insurance Services to develop an interface between IVANS Transformation Station and West Bend Mutual’s Billing Inquiry system. This interface will provide access to West Bend Mutual billing data for agency management systems that currently integrate with Transformation Station. West Bend Mutual agencies, regardless of agency management platform, can access the billing data electronically and remain in their management system.

Acting as a custom web-application developer, Afni Insurance Services is able to offer any insurance carrier its development services to integrate specific systems to Transformation Station. Beyond billing data, future projects for Afni Insurance Services and West Bend Mutual include integration of claims data as well as declaration pages. Additionally, Afni Insurance Services is able to implement the same development code to integrate CSR24, the only 24/7 service that combines the Internet with the telephone providing all policyholders access to their insurance information, with West Bend Mutual’s billing data and enable consumers to service themselves by accessing the data through CSR24. No timeframes for implementation of the CSR24 integration are currently scheduled.
