Afni Services Delivers 24/7 Service to DORIS Customers

DORIS Insurance Systems and Afni Insurance Services have formed a partnership to deliver 24/7 service capabilities to DORIS customers. DORIS selected CSR24 from Afni Insurance Services as its 24/7 service and is making it available for both Doris’ Agent’s Choice and agency management systems.

CSR24 will enhance the service processes of DORIS customers with Internet self-service, which will enable agents to expand service while reducing agency staff workload, and an after-hours Call Center service that will increase service levels without increasing staff or administrative costs.

Per the partnership agreement, Afni Insurance Services will build a “data extract” that enables the CSR24 product to access policyholder data from within DORIS’ agency management systems. The extract takes a copy of the policyholder data within the management system, and then stores the data on secure CSR24 servers for access and transaction requests by policyholders. Policyholders can perform routine tasks such as viewing their policy, making requests for changes to address, vehicles, coverages, etc., and print insurance forms such as Automobile ID Cards and Certificates of Insurance.

CSR24 is the only 24/7 service that combines both Internet self-service with the after-hours telephone service, providing policyholders access to their insurance information when and how it is most convenient to them. CSR24 performs extracts with many agency management systems.
