Travelers Property Casualty announced that PL Policy Summary and Billing Inquiry are now available to independent agents for Travelers personal lines insurance policies.
These new e-services are accessed directly through Applied Systems or DORIS agency management systems and supplement the wide range of existing e-services currently available from Travelers. These real-time transactions are processed through IVANS Transformation Station, a managed Internet data exchange using Web services and ACORD XML.
PL Policy Summary enables agents to view, print and save insurance policies in real-time without leaving their management system, facilitating a seamless, single-entry workflow. Likewise, real-time billing inquiry allows agents to view their clients’ billing information without having to log on to a separate proprietary system or calling Travelers.
