I think the wholesale cheating at the highest levels of American business sucks. From Ken Lay to Martha and down the line, big bosses need to understand that the character of this nation’s business world is at stake. Greed is not the creed. We are loosing our place in the world because of this kind of behavior.
Does this complaint have anything to do with the DW&P transaction?
I would think not…since DW&P are in CA and the complaint is in CN

I find it a real problem when government officials start dictating the firing of a CEO, such as J. Greenberg at MMC.
