Interesting timing on this offer. I wonder what the value of these shares would be if the CRM NY self insurance trusts start to falter like so many of the trusts managed by other firms in NY seem to be doing.
Additionally, their prospectus seems to have serious conflict of issues outlined for their business in the state of CA. Not sure how the dept would view these.
