Arrowhead General Insurance Agency Inc.’s Managed Insurance Programs Division is offering a new market for wrapups and conversions for general contractors and developers.
The contractors wrapup program includes:
*New minimum premiums starting at $250,000;
*Conversions;
*The ability to handle the California Senate Bill 800 issues from start to finish, to assist insureds in complying with a complicated requirement and help control losses and premiums. By saving time, this feature is aimed to improve relationships with the insureds; and
*Underwriting the program in Arrowhead’s office, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness.
Policy limits are up to to $5 million /$5 million /$5 million.Deductibles are $50,000 self-insured retention. Minimum premiums are $250,000.
Coverage is being written on a nonadmitted basis by a “A” (VIII)
rated carrier, and is available in: Alaska, Ark., Calif., Colo., Del., Fla., Ga., Hawaii, Idaho, Ill., Ind., Iowa, Kan., Ky., Maine, Md., Mich., Minn., Mo., Mont., Neb., Nev., N.J., N.M., N.C., N.D., Ohio, Ore., Pa., R.I., S.C., S.D., Tenn., Texas, Utah, Vt., Va. , Wash., Wis., and Wyo.
