Limits of Liability are $500,000 or $1 million (Higher limit may be considered). Minimum retention: stand-alone D&O: $5,000. Combined EPL and D&O: $10,000 (CA $25,000). Minimum premiumis $3,000.
Target risks include 100 full-time equivalent employees or less. Eligible classes include employment agencies, medical offices and clinics, manufacturers, wholesale and retail distributors, motion picture production, testing laboratories.Ineligible classes include law firms, financial institutions, insurance carriers, publicly traded companies.
Coverage is available in 43 states, excluding La., Miss., N.Y., Okla., Va., Vt., Wash., and Wyo.
