Underscoring its commitment to the largest commercial insurance buyers, Liberty Mutual named Melissa A. LeRoy as regional vice president and managing director for its Major Accounts Division.
Formed in 2005, Liberty Mutual’s Major Accounts Division serves companies with annual cost of risk of $25 million or more. The Division helps these companies better manage their total cost of risk by providing custom insurance programs – including coverages, risk financing, claims administration and loss control – or stand alone claims services through Helmsman Management Services, Liberty Mutual’s third party administrator.
Based in Chicago, LeRoy leads the Division’s sales and customer service efforts, managing eight account executives spread across the country.
LeRoy has 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, including leadership roles in sales management, customer service, claims and third party administration. Most recently, she served as vice president of Sales for Specialty Risk Services.
LeRoy – who holds both the Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Claims professional designations – can be reached at 312-251-2706 or melissa.leroy@libertymutual.com.
