Does this article actually say that the Fireman’s Fund is endorsing it’s own product to the IIABA? I would have thought that it would be up to the IIABA to endorse the product first!
Note: The Website listed for Fireman’s Fund has a typo. It should read http://www.firemansfund.com. The program has been made available to all IIABA state associations and availability varies by state. Interested insurance agents can find their state association agency E&O contact at http://www.independentagent.com/eo. Each state has a designated agency E&O expert to help agents with their professional liability needs.
It appears the product might fill a need, esp. its limits. But more than anything else it prompts me to wonder (again) who offers a really compelling (on features, limits, and price)agents E&O product?

We use Utica. No complaints.
Wasn’t the Fireman’s Fund Program endorsed by a number of PIA State Associations? Did they switch sides?
I read a recent notice that Swiss Re (Westport) was endorsed by the Big I ????
