USG Insurance Services, Inc. a national broker of commercial insurance headquartered in Tampa, Fla., has introduced a restoration contractors program.
Exposures can include emergency response contractors, mold remediation, renovations/remodeling, fire damage restoration, water damage restoration, water extraction, demolition contractors, carpet/upholstery cleaning, air duct cleaning, sewage clean up, and debris removal.
USG offers a package product for this class including general liability and contractor’s pollution liability. They can also place builders risk, OCP, professional and umbrella for these classes of business.
Policy can be written as either annual or per project and they offer defense outside the limit. Prior acts and comprehensive mold endorsement are available.
Coverage is an occurrence form on admitted and non-admitted paper with A.M. Best “A” rated carrier.
According to Kristen Taylor, national marketing coordinator for USG, this program will compliment USG’s vacant package program and offer new opportunities with agents on a national basis.
USG’s restoration contractors program is now available in most states and is designed as a package for simplicity. Agents can customize their own applications and marketing campaigns.
