Guilty of monopoly? Why is it wrong to play a board game? Did someone keep the top hat? Did someone pass GO? Did someone take all the cash in FREE PARKING?

I am SORRY for the SCRABBLEd mess I made on your dress. It was a big RISK I took that day when you blew my BATTLESHIP up and it exploded on your dress. But you have to admit that the dress has taken you to CANDYLAND and beyond!

The DA’s conclusion is quite correct. The only misfortune in this matter is the Spitzer did not proceed to prosecure on his indictiment,in which case he would be continuously arraigning and bringing charges even as we speak.

maybe they thought it was a game and they were steering the paycheck to the BOSS. so they might not get fired because the MONEY was getting into the correct hands. there was possibly a CAREER for both of them, but now they found themselves in a MOUSETRAP. so now that TROUBLE has found them, do you think they can find a new CAREER? how many hearts and dollars are they going to need? what is interesting is why it took so long, it was back in 96 when this was going on? so, how come the company did not see this coming, afterall it was a huge RISK!

What about the all mighty Marsh in all this? They walk away without any criminal charges even though they profited MILLIONS from the scam. They hung their employees out to dry even though they directed them to do business in this manner. Who do you think the contingency checks went to – the executivies or Marsh corporate?

It remains to be seen whether these dudes offered up any relevant and additional info to get off all the other charges. Don’t forget there are still some related cases in the courts that we have not heard about for months. They may still fear the sentencing they may get too (4 yrs., etc.) Never underestimate the tenacity of pissed off prosecutors. Also, the U.S. always leads in these types of cases, but others may be digging about now too…A lot of people worked for certain companies and have acquired experience and knowledge accordingly. The real bottom line – what goes around comes around, eventually…
