Warren Buffet, General Re, Geico and cozy relationships with Obama administration, I smell a rat, not sure where but something stinks. Give money to politicians, get favorable treatment from feds, same old story.

What can be said, the settlement with General Reinsurance is subject to court approval. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. has the right to ask the court to undo part of the settlement because Liberty discovered fraud. The only problem is the court did not make the settlement agreement. Defendants agreed to the settlement for non- prosecution. Liberty had amble opportunity to check their records and failed to do so. It is my opinion the court is not going to undo the settlement agreement. Liberty is going to have to sue General Re., for fraud to recover any monies they are required to pay. That means a new lawsuit will be born.

    You’re caught.
