It is no wonder they are doing good. Try to collect from a claim. I didn’t have a policy with them but the contractor who I hired to build me a new home did. They fought me for four years and now say if I don’t take their 20 cents on the dollar damages offer they are going to seek a declaratory judgment from the court saying their policy did not cover these types of damages. Doesn’t really surprise me coming from an insurance company but they sure are going to let their insured contractor out to dry. Do you want to buy a policy from them?
