Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. has extended All Risks, Ltd.’s binding authority nationwide, effective March 1, 2011. All Risks, Ltd. has the authority to write trucking risks nationwide with a fleet size of eleven or more power units with exception of California.
Carolina Casualty specializes in providing property and casualty insurance coverages for trucking, public auto and other classes of business auto. The company is licensed to do business in every state. Their products are distributed through select partners, like All Risks, Ltd., who specialize in transportation insurance.
All Risks offers a variety of coverages designed specifically for the trucking industry. The following coverages are available: automobile liability, automobile physical damage, personal injury protection, no-fault, uninsured motorists, underinsured motorists, non-owned, hired car, general liability, garage keepers legal liability, garage liability, nontrucking liability, cargo & terminal coverage, trailer interchange. Some coverages are only available in conjunction with liability.
Programs available for first dollar coverage, deductibles and self-insurance retentions. Limits are up to $1 million with higher limits available upon request. Targeted classes for this program include: trucks, tractors, trailers and incidental private passenger type vehicles with a fleet size of eleven or more power units except of CA. Truckers must operate beyond a 50-mile radius. ICC/PUC filings available in all states.
