The DOI in CA are not representing its people. From CEO to HOT18 year receptionist, this company is CROOKED. I know because I worked there for 7 years. Joe Waked has built a company on LIES. Their AGENTS hate their jobs, They are being sued for UNPAID OVERTIME, UNPAID COMMISSIONS, UNPAID ETC…… They dont pay residuals, dont MATCH or CONTRIBUTE to any 401k accounts, and of course they dont let their agents maintain a book of business while employed there. THE LIST GOES ON…… Of course the COMPANY is doing GREAT, THEY HAVE LOWERED THE PAY DRAMATICALLY FOR AGENTS FROM 30%bf 15%premium to 18%BF and 3% premium?????? WTF????
I quit and started my own brokerage. PLEASE LORD STRIKE THIS COMPANY DOWN WITH ALL THEIR BANKERS AND INVESTORS….. POOR HISPANIC COMMUNITY. STEP UP DOI
we are planning a labor protest outside their corporate in buena park we have reached many managers and brokers that are willing to walk out on that day. The day will be posted soon! If government does not step up us the people will! Together we stay strong !
