Markel has revamped its tenant discrimination policy for property owners and managers. The newly enhanced form now offers a number of new coverage features including: extended reporting periods, expanded definitions, and modified clauses and provisions.
“As the real estate market continues to rebound, we have seen business opportunities increase as more investors—small and large—pursue real estate rental investments. We have designed our new product to meet their emerging needs and respond to their growing property portfolios,” said Sal Pollaro, Markel’s managing director of management liability.
Markel tenant discrimination coverage is accessible through Markel’s network of appointed wholesale brokers.
