Wholesale Brokerage Professional Risk Solutions (PRS) has launched a new venture that extends its offerings to general and product liability coverages, as well as insurance options for the life sciences industry.
Through its specialist team headed by Henry Gottesman in Baltimore, Maryland, PRS will provide commercial agents and brokers with access to a range of markets.
The Baltimore office, formerly a unit of UK-based Howden Broking Group, will serve as the PRS resource for all lines of insurance for companies in the life sciences space, including manufacturers and distributors of medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, as well as contract research organizations and consultants.
In addition, the life sciences team will provide coverage for both U.S. and foreign clinical trials.
Henry Gottesman and his staff have been focused on specialty casualty and life sciences coverages for more than 18 years, providing options for U.S. companies with domestic and foreign exposures, as well as non-U.S. insureds with North American exposures.
PRS, Professional Risk Solutions, based in Warren, NJ, is a wholesale specialty brokerage focusing on professional liability, including D&O, E&O, cyber liability, fiduciary, and related coverages.
