I did not falsely state anything. The article says, and I quote:
“The rules being challenged apply to a cross-section of polluters, from vehicles to industrial facilities. A federal appeals court in Washington last summer upheld the rules, which were issued by the EPA under the Clean Air Act.”
Since Texans are spearheading this, I can only conclude they are pro-polluters.
In the twisted minds of liberals, CO2 is considered a pollutant. Various other real pollutants are down 90-99% from several years ago. I know you and your ilk would like to see it reduced by 100% but have no clue of the economic detriment (especially to the poor which you falsely say you care so much about) it would be to this country and the world. And the Obama administration including the EPA are trying to call CO2 (a naturally occurring by-product of life) a pollutant. So yeah, you are in essence calling anybody who emits CO2 a polluter. Unless you disagree with your savior Obama on CO2.

Anthropogenic carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions come from the combustion of carbon based fuels, principally wood, coal, oil, and natural gas. So CO2 is NOT the pollutant, but increased CO2 is the result of the use of carbon based fuels, including fossil fuels.
Not to mention, the US has no control over the rest of the world and China happens to be the number 1 emitter of energy-related CO2.
So get your facts straight before you start mouthing off some partisan BS about this being a government conspiracy spearheaded by Obama.
