I am surprised that they list the recovery rate at 39% for “all boats” and 42% for Sea Doos. My experience is that vessel are almost never recovered or if they are recovered, they are completely stripped of all equipment. I am curious if these statistics include recovery of a hull with all the electronics and motors removed or if this “recovery” means that someone gets their vessel back in a usable condition.
