Allied World North America has launched Privacy//403 SRVS PRO, the latest product in the company’s suite of errors and omissions (E&O) products
Privacy//403 SRVS PRO builds on the Specified Response Vendor Solution platform through the addition of professional services coverage. It is specifically designed for middle- and large-market companies that provide technology, consulting and other professional services across hundreds of industry classes and sub-classes.
The combined coverage eliminates the need to obtain separate policies for exposures that can be appropriately addressed on a single policy, and aims to eliminate potential coverage gaps associated with a multi-form approach.
The professional services coverage is intended to blend seamlessly with the company’s full form privacy and network security language. Allied World’s Privacy//403 SRVS PRO provides clients with professional services coverage options and turnkey data breach response from top industry vendors, all on a single form.
In April, Allied World launched Privacy//403 SRVS, the first form to use the company’s new SRVS model; Privacy//403 SRVS PRO is the next form iteration on that SRVS platform: a product that adds professional services coverage into Allied World’s already robust privacy offering, the company said in a statement.
Additionally, traditional professional services policies in general do not appropriately address privacy exposures inherent to the rendering of professional services, whereas Privacy//403 SRVS PRO was specifically designed provide a simplified, holistic approach to professional services and privacy exposures.
