Professional Underwriting Group, Inc. is now offering an admitted program for insurance agent’s errors and omission insurance to qualifying insurance agents in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Illinois, Louisiana and Texas are written on a surplus lines basis (soon to be admitted).
According to Jay Martin, president, Professional Underwriting Group, Inc., the program offers broad coverage to agents and agencies. Enhanced coverage for insolvency, such as the inclusion of carriers rated by financial analysis firm Demotech, as well as those of other rating services, provides agents with a large number of competitive markets, said Martin.
