Insurance software provider Zywave said it has completed the asset purchase of Intygral, formerly Astonish, a provider of automated marketing for property/casualty personal lines brokers.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Intygral system provides automated, industry-specific prospecting campaigns.
As part of the agreement, Intygral customers will be introduced to Zywave’s suite of products, according to Zywave CEO Dave O’Brien.
Zywave products include Web-enabled marketing communications, business intelligence and analytics, client resource portals, and agency management tools. The company says more than 3,000 brokerages worldwide use its products.
“Brokers face the challenge of providing meaningful, consistent and on-demand communication to clients—something that today’s buyers increasingly demand,” O’Brien said. “Intygral provides a way for brokers to efficiently fulfill this need, and to ensure they stay visible and relevant to current customers and prospects.”
Morgan Partners acted as an exclusive financial advisor to Intygral in the transaction.
Zywave, which began selling to agencies and brokerages in 1995, is based in Milwaukee. In 2010, Zywave acquired Specific Software Solutions to offer clients workers’ compensation mod analysis as a point of competitive differentiation.
Originally known as Astonish, Intygral switched to its new name earlier this year.
