I am all for driverless technology and technology that assists human drivers. I like the angle of helping older drivers remain somewhat independent. I’ll be there someday. However, I am not a fan of vehicles where a human cannot take over control. Until we eradicate hacking and system outages, it just seems safer for a human to be able to take over control of the vehicle.
