All Risks, Ltd., an independent wholesaler, has added a variety of new classes for its occupational accident product, which is part of the Accident & Health division. Classes that All Risks can offer occupational accident coverage now includes behavioral healthcare, consulting, courier/delivery, home care services, office related services, landscaping, oil/gas, professional services, technology, trucking, among many others.
This occupational accident product is available nationwide on admitted and non-admitted paper, depending on the class of business/situs state. Coverage includes accidental death, accidental dismemberment and survivors, accidental medical expense, continuous/temporary total disability and non-occupational accident benefits, paralysis benefit, and contingent liability.
To receive a quote, retail insurance agents will need to submit a supplemental application, five years currently valued loss runs, an independent contractor – owner operator census, a complete description of the insured’s operations, target pricing, and a copy of the sub-contractor agreement.
Workers’ compensation coverage may also be available, depending on the risk characteristics and location, according to Jim Mitchell, vice president of Workers’ Compensation and Accident & Health.
