    This was easily forseeable-don’t make the new seed until the accompanying herbicide is approved. Then you don’t have to “not sell any seed that year.”

    I’m as right-wing as you’ll find and almost always support business over government, but this is an evil evil company.

    I hope Monsanto reaps what they sow; a giant freakin’ lawsuit.

    Did you know Monsanto intentionally changes the genetic codes of their seeds and claims that all plant seeds grown originally from their seeds are company property? This means that farmers who keep the seeds from their own plants are stealing. Monsanto is trying to take legal possession of living organisms for profit, and squeezing out Farmers who use un-edited seeds. This is one reason why they had no qualms about damaging other farmers crops with their insecticide.
