Paragraph 7 says, “the Senate Finance Committee agreed to include an amendment from Senator Bob Menendez, a New Jersey Democrat, to help make the use of NDAs less attractive”. That doesn’t sound like an inadvertent mistake. It sounds like something the Democrats wanted to include in the law.
I’m confident that liberals will miss or intentionally ignore the word ‘inadvertently’ in this article.
I didn’t miss it. I believe it’s inadvertent. Knowing that, why not fix it?

No one in the Socialist Democratic party voted for the Tax Cuts so they should have no say in any amendment of it.
