We had a serious talk with both of ours and actually made up a written contract which we all signed about driving, tickets, accidents, cell use, not letting anyone else drive the car etc. Worked like a charm since they knew there were consequences to their actions.

That’s great Agent … what penalties would be in store for your children if they ever breached the contract?

Depended on the infraction. Loss of driving privileges were prominent. Glad I didn’t have to enforce it since they both drove responsibly. Kids need guidelines and need to know there are consequences, something a lot of parents don’t do.
