I’m shocked, shocked I say. There’s gambling go on here !!!!!!! The workers comp system is so broken, it is beyond repair. The original purpose of workers compensation expired many many years ago. Here in Texas, we have a very viable solution. It is called nonsubscription. Employers are free to exit the comp system and set up their own work injury program. Fraud is almost nonexistent.

Fraud is much less here in Texas because of the largest writer, Texas Mutual who is very aggressive in catching people trying to rip them off. They prosecute and many of the worst offenders end up at Huntsville.
