    That is losing that personal touch. Older clients are not crazy about doing things digitizing. I also see more fraudulent claims.

      Yep, seems like we’re trying to cater to the millennials that want zero human contact while we still have a huge amount of policyholders that do want the human contact. We need a balance of options.
