Cost Savings means lower costs, which in turn means greater AFFORDABILITY, which in turn means higher percentages of eligible risks are covered, which means lesser chances of adverse selection against insurers, which means greater willingness of insurers to offer health insurance, which means greater AVAILABILITY.

Go ahead; down vote my statement above. Such biased responses make me chuckle at the resistance to public demand for health care and health insurance reforms… at lower costs and greater coverage (instead of greater deductibles and higher costs).

I am remiss if I do not say that most REPLACEMENT (not strictly ‘repeal’) plans I’ve seen continue coverage of prexers and mid-20s children living at, or boomeranging back, home.
