Empire Underwriters, a national insurance wholesaler, excess and surplus lines facility and program manager has released a standalone workers comp program for staffing companies available nationwide and backed by several “A” rated carriers.
With the launch of the new Standalone Workers Comp program for Staffing Companies, Empire Underwriters can accommodate a wide range of classifications and risks including medical, clerical and “tough to write” classes as well as multi-state accounts. Additionally, the program will feature options such as guaranteed cost, first dollar coverage, loss sensitive rating plans, large deductible options and monthly payroll reporting.
According to Hugo Soltero, vice president of Property and Casualty at Empire Underwriters, Empire is appointing new producers to market its growing lineup of products and is looking for producers in every state that are focused on growing their book of business.
Along with expansion into the staffing industry, Empire Underwriters is expanding into a number of other industry classes and coverages all coming soon.
Empire Underwriters serves producers in 46 states.
