The social media platforms and their leadership want it both ways, they want to be content editors and they want to be shielded from lawsuits. Protections should only be allowed if they give their users true free speech and the right to share any source they want. Well some of the non-thinkers here may say “well what if they provide misinformation.” Well these platforms allow for replies which further allow for rebuttals. That is the proper way to have checks and balances, not to remove or edit the platform as they see fit. Well fine, control you own content, but then be on the hook for the liability, you can’t have it both ways.
Repost the 7 anti-Trump posts on Facebook which Common Sense did not label as ‘hate speech’ so we can decide for ourselves.
Calling someone ‘nasty’ isn’t hate speech. And it’s true about Harris.
First, ‘Birtherism’ is not a word. But, if it were, it should be capitalized as it refers to a conceptual practice. Second, the concept you failed to properly name was initiated by Hillary against an alleged ‘Kenyan’ when she ran and failed against Obama. And, according to Secret Service agents assigned to guard her and Bill, she was nasty. Finally, what you call ‘Birtherism’ (sic) is not hate speech. It is primarily a discussion of qualifications.
The issue being discussed here is a legal challenge to a Presidential executive order for Social Media sites to be held accountable to enforce their rules fairly and in a non-politically biased manner, not censorship of criticism that YOU oppose because they hit too close to home.
“…an attempt to regulate platforms where he has been criticized…”
President Snowflake Sippy Cup whines more than my four year old. How about you stop worrying about social media and start trying to show some leadership in your final 85 days of your term? Pathetic!

Saw 6 anti Trump posts on Facebook this morning and no Biden criticisms. Tell me they monitor hate speech and get rid of it.

Never cheapen who you are by using works like “snowflake.” Look solid, be proud of your replies, never trash yourself. You are better than that.
“…key tools in Trump’s political arsenal.”
The only tool is him. His political “arsenal” is name calling, bullying, lying, executive orders, camera, TV.
