Some view a lawsuit or chance of a big settlement as the last frontier. They don’t care about where the funds are derived from.

Been needed for a long long time – going back to George Bush pushing for it and the pretty boy democratic presidential nominee down south John Edwards who jumped from one system to another single handily crippling numerous health care systems with bogus lawsuits like the plague itself.

Good thing Trump came along and straightened things out. He would never dream about abusing the legal system.

I’ve been saying what Mr. Greenberg is saying for a long time. This mass litigation is very damaging to the country as a whole, and now we have quantifiable data showing that. Time for national litigation reform!

Litigation on auto accidents is just the worst. The carrier is not given a chance to fairly adjust the claim and make the claimant whole, which is the honest intent of most carriers. Instead, many plaintiff attorneys steer claimants to doctors and chiropractors of their choice (hmm) while advising claimants to not cooperate with the insurance company for, you don’t want fair treatment – we’ll get you 5-times a fair settlement if you play our game with us – you don’t even need to pay doctor bills as our firm will take care of everything. Then they never share medical claim information with the at fault driver’s carrier (or possibly on a No Fault claim) until at least 2-years has gone by, so it is impossible to get a fair detail of injuries that may have actually been caused by the original accident. Expect auto premiums to continue to skyrocket since the only way insurance companies can continue to function is to make all of their policyholders pay for this bogus activity since a frequency of severity claims is the end result…..
