Fewer workers to pay into social security and more people taking it. The Ponzi scheme may burst soon.

If only there were policies we could embrace to assist the replacement workers to have the security to increase the birth rates and reverse these trends.

I am not sure what the solution is here but we better figure something out-robotics, automation, full AI, 100% digital everything all the time. The truth is there are more jobs than there are people, even rookies and trainable people. In my area of Florida alone there are 4,416 insurance agency and carrier jobs open. it has been at or near that number for over a year. We have 2 openings we have been able to fill in almost a year and we have little or no prospect of doing so. I am hearing this from small agents and major brokers as well. The agency business is so work intensive that it requires massive amounts of people and that situation has not improved.

I mean the solution is there, it’s just one not many people are going to like. The places that pay better will survive and the places that don’t will close. People aren’t taking crappy, underpaid job with poor treatment, they’re waiting for better work with better pay. There is an easy way to survive, it just involves America no longer creating/supporting billionaires.
