Are you a young insurance agent, 40 years old or younger? Do you know a young insurance agent?
Insurance Journal is searching for young insurance agents to participate in this year’s Young Insurance Agents Opinion Survey. Tell us what you think about the insurance industry, the agency you work in, and what young agents want in an insurance career.
The results will be published in an upcoming issue of Insurance Journal. Pass this survey along to other young insurance agents as well. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All responses will remain confidential.
In last year’s Young Agents Survey, nearly two-thirds (61.3%) of those who responded reported feeling “very optimistic” that their 2021 income would turn out better than their 2020 income. That was up from 2020’s survey which found that just under half (48.3%) felt “very optimistic.”
Young agents also shared a few things they enjoy most about working in the industry. The top comments were: flexibility, freedom, the ability to run their own business, and that every day is different. One thing they believe could be better – the public’s perception of the insurance industry.
Young Agents: Don’t miss this year’s opportunity to share your opinions on being an agent in 2022. Take the Young Agents Survey today.
