Insurance Journal is once again inviting all retail agency owners, principals, producers, account executives, CSRs — the entire agency — to participate in the annual independent insurance agency salary survey for publication in an upcoming issue of Insurance Journal Magazine.
Hundreds of agency owners, producers and agency staff participated in the 2022 Agency Salary Survey. Their responses revealed that while overall employee compensation trended up in 2022, satisfaction with their total compensation trended down.
How will agency compensation stack up in the 2023 Agency Salary Survey report? Find out by completing this year’s survey here. The deadline to participate is January 24th.
Thank you for your participation and thank you for reading Insurance Journal.
Note: The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. All survey responses and information will remain confidential.
We would love to hear from you on compensation trends in today’s independent insurance agencies. Take the survey now.
