People Moves: Aon Promotes Fletcher to Head of M&A, Transaction Advisory, North America

Aon named Tim Fletcher head of M&A, transaction advisory and financial services, North America.

Fletcher has over 20 years of industry experience and has served as national practice leader for Aon’s Financial Services Group (FSG) for five years. He will continue to lead that team with these added responsibilities. He reports to Brian Wanat, CEO of commercial risk solutions in North America.

Fletcher oversees due diligence, private equity and human capital M&A capabilities while driving growth, innovation and client impact across the portfolio. His leadership strengthens M&A and private equity capabilities, advancing data and analytics-driven solutions.
