Hull & Company General Agency Inc. of Dallas announced the addition of two new account executives to its staff.
Cindy Brittin Winchcombe joins the firm with 18 years of experience in underwriting and marketing Excess and Surplus lines business. The last five years were spent as AVP of First Specialty Insurance Corp underwriting primary GL and Umbrella accounts and managing their General Binding Authority Programs. Prior to that she was an E&S underwriter with Chubb Custom Market in their Dallas Branch. Winchcombe will be concentrating on Brokerage GL and Professional Lines.
Theresa Choat has also joined the Hull Group of experienced account executives. Theresa most recently was an underwriter with Austin Surplus Lines and prior to that was employed by Employers Reinsurance Corporation and Heath Insurance Brokers in their Dallas branch offices. Choat has been in the Surplus Lines business for 20 years dealing with independent insurance agents across the state. She will be concentrating on underwriting for the many in house contract facilities that Hull represents.
