Gilsbar Expands into Texas

Gilsbar, Inc., a leading health plan administrator, announces the addition of Andy Hillyer as Regional Sales Manager for the Texas region. Hillyer will be responsible for expanding current self-funded group health partnerships in Texas.

Hillyer brings to Gilsbar extensive experience in group sales and service. Most recently, Andy served as Manager of Voluntary Products and Provider Services for Health Administration Services (H.A.S.) in Houston, Texas. At H.A.S., he managed Flexible Spending Account products, built custom provider networks for clients and achieved rank as the #2 producer in the country for Colonial Supplemental Insurance. Other experience includes specialty sales for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Dallas, TX and Propst Pharmaceuticals throughout Louisiana and Texas. In both positions, Hillyer was responsible for developing and servicing physician and pharmacist accounts.
