Chris Whitney has been named assistant vice president of Sales Operations for the Texas Farm Bureau insurance companies, effective Dec.1, 2006.
Whitney, a native of Pampa, Texas, and a former captain of the Texas Tech University football team, has been the manager of TFBIC operations in the Cherokee County Farm Bureau office for the last five years. He became a TFBIC agent in October of 1998.
“We are delighted to have Chris on board,” said Bo Wilborn, vice-president of Sales Operations for TFBIC. “He has exceeded expectations throughout his career with our companies. Chris is an outstanding leader who has contributed greatly to our success.”
