The Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and Waco-based Insurors Indemnity announced they have teamed up to offer qualifying IIAT members a new commercial market for small to medium business accounts.
IIAT will help identify eligible members, provide training, assist agents in learning a company’s business practices and review agency progress. Program details may be found at iiat.org.
Insurors Indemnity offers its program in selected geographic areas of Texas. Product offerings include a package policy (not BOP), with a competitive enhancement endorsement option, mono line property, mono-line GL and commercial surety. Supported Inland Marine and an Umbrella policy were introduced this year.
Insurors pays competitive commissions directly, the announcement said.
Insurors Indemnity is rated “A-” by A. M. Best with a financial size category of IV. Insurors targets commercial businesses with per location property limits to $2 million for such as lessor’s risk LRO-landlord’s risk, strip shopping centers, office occupancies, mini-warehouse/self storage units, mercantile (both retail and wholesale), service oriented risks, car washes, home furnishings and lawn care among others.
